We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from BOA. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns for items purchased within 7 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been used, damaged or altered in any way.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@boasouthafrica.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return policy criteria. If the item(s) are deemed eligible for a return, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item(s) received were damaged or defective.
